These terms govern the use of Oursy. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them.
The service
Oursy lets you create, configure and publish progressive web apps from the content sources you choose.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all activity and content published with it.
Acceptable use
You may not use Oursy for unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or to distribute malware or spam. We may suspend accounts that breach this rule.
Your content
The content you configure (feeds, links, texts) is yours. You grant us only the license needed to host and serve it within your app. You must hold the rights to the sources you use.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are handled through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops future charges.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software and its brand belong to Oursy. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.
Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without guaranteeing complete absence of interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oursy is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
